WELCOME TO YOUR YOGA CLASS

New classes for 2012 started ... a few spaces available

In our hectic modern world many people are taking 'time out' to practise yoga and anyone can practise regardless of age or ability.

Yoga offers a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit which can provide us with the tools to cope with the challenges of our daily lives.

I teach Hatha Yoga and my class consists of yoga postures (asanas), combined with simple breathing techniques and relaxation. The class is suitable for all levels as the postures can be modified to suit any abilities.
